Benny & Co., a Canadian family-owned chain of rotisserie chicken restaurants, was founded in 1960 by the Benny family in Quebec. The chain began with a focus on traditional rotisserie cooking, quickly gaining popularity for its high- quality ingredients and excellent service.
Today, Benny & Co. operates over 70 locations, with the majority in Quebec. However, a few locations have expanded outside the province, bringing the beloved taste of Benny & Co. to a broader audience while still maintaining its strong family values
Objective
The chain sought to enhance comfort for their customers by implementing a more controlled and consistent environment.
